Graham joined McLarens in 2008, having worked in the loss adjusting profession since 1991, initially as a general adjuster handling a wide range of claims before specialising in liability. He has considerable experience relative to the handling and negotiation of all classes of liability claims, calling on a strong technical background in the handling of employers and public and product liability claims in the UK and across Europe. - CAR / PL claim for insurers of mechanical sub-contractor in respect of widespread damage to residential flats caused by multiple failures of flush pipes to toilet cisterns (GBP 100 K)
- PL claim involving a serious injury to an operative using machinery within an accommodation village at a remote mine site in Australia. Claim was litigated with various interested parties and went through several mediations before settlement (GBP 350,000)
- Product claim for a flue manufacturer involving multiple failures of chimney flue systems at various sites across France. Claim litigated and handling required liaison with Court Appointed Expert ( GBP 200,000)
