Biography

A Loss Adjuster Building Surveyor with knowledge and expertise of subsidence and insurance claims across the industry since 1997. Starting out at Ellis & Buckle tendering and overseeing subsidence repairs along with crack monitoring and collaborating with a newly established internal contractor repair network. From 2003 undertaking full Loss Adjuster duties and project management in diagnosing, investigating, mitigating and repairing subsidence claims from outset to conclusion, in both domestic and commercial teams.

Fulfilling the role of Regional Manager of the specialist subsidence team in London & Southeast at Cunningham Lindsey from 2008, running a team of adjuster surveyors along with overseeing insurance and technical matters covering commercial and domestic claims. In 2019 at Sedgwick becoming the National Technical Services Manager for subsidence, leading insurance and technical matters, running of the specialist subsidence team, management of regional managers, overseeing training and development, maintaining and growing client relationships including high net worth, public sector and real estate, and delivering service, technical competence and insurance expertise to customers and clients. Joining McLarens in 2024 as the Subsidence Lead to evolve our subsidence offering internally and across the commercial and specialty market space.
