Brett is a qualified and experienced Airframe and Powerplant engineer, as well as a licensed adjuster in the state of Texas. He has over 24 years experience in Aviation maintenance, preventative maintenance, modification and repairs on commercial and business aviation jet aircraft and engines. He has worked as a Lead Technician, Foreman and Director of Maintenance at a FAA FAR 145 repair facility and a Lead Technician at a prominent Business Jet MRO provider.
Brett joined McLarens Aviation in early 2009 where his role as a Surveyor included all aspects of claims management and handling where he has gained valuable experience with major hull, war, third party, property, liability and spares claims. He has handled very complex claims including various aspects such as repair cost adjustments, salvage, site restoration, recovery and environmental issues along with various investigations and aircraft and helicopter seizures. Brett was promoted to Senior Surveyor in 2014 and Manager – Houston and Senior Surveyor in 2015.
