Lior has trained in Power Stations and as an Air Conditioning facilities technician. He has also worked as a Technical Manager for shopping malls and high rising buildings. In 1982, he joined the Loss Adjusting profession specializing in property and engineering losses while serving a wide clientele in the metal, textile, food, and building industries. In 1997, he Joined Robert Marcus Loss Adjusters Ltd. as Senior Loss Adjuster and handled major Property Loss and Business Interruption (BI) Loss claims as well as Liability claims.
In 2003, Lior became a partner at McLarens Israel Ltd. and has served as CEO since then. In 2004, he led a team of adjusters and experts in handling a loss of USD 93,000,000. He is extensively involved in handling major Property Loss and BI Loss claims in the chemical, electronic, energy, high tech, and other industries. Lior handles Construction project losses and Product and Professional Liability claims submitted against engineers and architects.
