Hannah started out in the insurance industry in 2018 as a claims handler in first party motor claims at Markerstudy. After two years of motor claims, she moved over to Crawford & Company to become a claims handler managing first party property claims where she was then promoted to a senior handler one year later.
Based in the McLarens Chelmsford office, Hannah is now one of two Real Estate team leaders, a new job role that opened up in April of 2024 following on from significant growth of the UK Real Estate team. She oversees a team of seven people, inclusive of two in Glasgow, made up of account handlers and claim technicians.
