Global loss adjusting firm McLarens has announced two senior appointments in Hong Kong: Chris Panes (ACIIM FCILA) has joined as Chief Operating Officer, Europe, Middle East & Asia Pacific and Russell Henderson (FRICS, FCILA, FUEDI) as Regional Managing Director, Asia Pacific.
Chris Panes brings an extensive loss adjusting and management background spanning over 30 years, including 21 spent overseas, specialising in complex loss and including power generation, distribution and engineering. Chris joins from Crawford where he served as Managing Director, Asia. As COO he will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the growth of McLarens in these territories.
Russell Henderson brings 25 years of experience to the firm and specialises in power, energy and construction claims. Russell joins McLarens from Cunningham Lindsey where he was Managing Director, Asia. Reporting into Chris Panes he will manage operations and seek to enhance McLarens’ business development in the Asia Pacific region, which includes 40 offices. Russell will also support the business’ energy claims handling services.
