Nicola joined McLarens in 2012 having commenced her insurance career with Aviva in 2004 as a claims handler, followed by five year spell at Cunningham Lindsay as claims technician. Nicola’s manages the technical claims handling and processing on a number of our key accounts across both property and casualty disciplines and consistently attains the highest level of audit outcomes.
Nicola recently achieved her certificate level qualifications in both the CII and CILA to support her considerable experience and technical development, and a particular aptitude for policy and contract analysis and interpretation. In 2019, she was selected as part of McLarens Platinum Circle for commitment, dedication and contribution to the organization.
