Val began his career in insurance services in 1987. Val moved into the field of independent adjusting in 2004 when he became actively involved in Complex Commercial Property Loss Management.
In 2009, Val graduated from the GAB Protégé Intensive Training and Mentoring Program and was subsequently promoted to the level of Executive General Adjuster.
Val joined McLarens in 2011. Val has developed a portfolio of business specializing in Manufacturing, Hospitality, Churches and School Districts. He has managed numerous Complex Property and Special Risk Losses.
