Gail Graves began her career in the insurance industry working as an adjuster for a major insurance carrier. In this role she handled property and auto claims, as well as overseeing salvage claims for the entire Southeast. She worked her way up to a multi-line adjuster and salvage specialist, before eventually being promoted to a senior field claim specialist role. Gail excelled in this position, being tasked with working with contractors, vendors, and agents, as well as managing expenses and pursuing subrogation opportunities in addition to her regular adjuster responsibilities.
After spending over 12+ years each with the two major carriers, Gail sought to continue to challenge herself and build upon her adjuster skills that she had been developing, and joined McLarens in 2017. With McLarens Gail has handled extensive losses related to warehouses, rental properties, retail locations, apartments, hospitality locations, medical facilities, small businesses, assisted living facilities, and condominiums.
