Charles began his adjusting career with Thomas Howell Group in Irving TX in 1994 handling inside homeowners property claims. In 1995, he joined the Consumer Plumbing Recovery Group as a homeowners/commercial property adjuster handling property claims arising from a a Class Action lawsuit against the manufacturer of Polybutylene Plumbing pipes. Upon completion of the Class Action, he joined Travelers Insurance as a homeowners/commercial property adjuster. During this time, he worked numerous hail/wind events in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Kansas, as well as the four major hurricanes in Florida in 2004.
From 2005 to 2017 , he worked for Sentry Insurance and Nationwide Insurance as a Senior Commercial Property Adjuster handling claims all across the United States including hail/wind events to large loss water and fire claims. He also handled specialised machinery claims including large CNC machines as well as implement dealership losses.
