Alan began his insurance career in 1998 with a national adjusting firm in Houston, TX. He has handled a full spectrum of commercial claims from the domestic and London market. He completed his advanced claim training and received the General Adjuster designation in 2009. In 2011, he received the Regional General Adjuster designation and was later promoted to National General Adjuster in 2016 as well as Vice President of Claims. Alan joined McLarens in 2018 as an Executive General Adjuster. He is AIC (Associate in Claims) certified, a certified windstorm appraiser, and certified windstorm umpire.
