Having a strong interest in aviation, Ann attained her Bachelors in Aeronautical Engineering from Emirates Aviation University in 2016, in due course this secured her a R&D engineering position in the development of UAVs and radar systems. The complexity of this work gave a great insight into airborne systems, including design, operation and hardware integration.
In 2018, Ann was able to join McLarens Aviation as an intern, and was provided with training into the technical aspects of handling aircraft losses along with the development of the many skill sets needed for this industry. In February 2020, this became a permanent position, allowing her to work with the Abu Dhabi team in claims reporting, research and support.
