Fernando is a graduate engineer with a decade of experience in the aviation industry specialising in the field of engine overhaul. He joined McLarens Aviation from Rolls Royce Brasil where he worked as a senior customer service representative dealing with technical and commercial matter on a daily basis. He was promoted to country manager in 2020.
