Louise joined the insurance industry in May 2006 undertaking roles including that of Adjuster Support, Claims Technician and Team Leader. This enabled her to gain a detailed understanding of the claim process, the importance of data capture at the outset of a claim during FNOL and to continually improve and enhance on the customer service delivered.
Following this, Louise worked as a Senior Administrative Support Manager for a building contractor, who undertook both private and insurance related repairs. This has helped considerably in expanding her knowledge in the construction of properties and gaining a further understanding in repair methodology and validation.
Louise joined McLarens as a Senior Claims Technician in July 2020 and started out as a Trainee Loss Adjuster in April of 2023, taking on a new role as Adjuster in April 2024.
In November 2020 she achieved her Cert CII accreditation, with Cert CILA being obtained in February 2023. She is now working towards her Dip CILA accreditation.
