After graduating from law university, Nathalie started working at SMI expertises, investigating medical liability claims and other claims. In 1998, she switched and worked at a law firm, representing victims of bodily injury claims.
Since 2001, Nathalie worked as an adjuster for a few companies: Cunningham Lindsey, Van Kouterik Personenschade / DEKRA Experts. In 2007, she was involved in setting up a law firm, which merged with two other firms in 2018.
In 2020, SMI was collaborating with VWJ. During this process, Nathalie joined VWJ to further integrate the companies and set up a department where severe or complicated bodily injury claims are investigated and handled.
Nathalie is also a mentor for colleagues in their training and education.
