Pedro began his insurance industry career after he received his adjusters 6-20 license from the state of Florida and proceeded to work as a field adjuster and claims handler for a public adjusting firm. At the same firm, he managed and resolved a wide range of claims, from homeowners to commercial property. In early 2022 Pedro was hired by McLarens as an FNOL Handler responsible for managing incoming communications as well as providing support to the entire team. He was later promoted to a Claims Handler, where he oversaw auto claims from start to finish.
