Lynn began her career in insurance over 30 years ago starting with the insurer Legal and General, then moving on to a commercial broker, then to Direct Line Group and now with McLarens. Lynn possesses a vast amount of knowledge and experience in Insurance/Financial Services and the Compliance Sector. Many of her roles have been in senior customer facing positions involving highly technical matters in commercial and personal lines claims.
Lynn joined McLarens as UK & Ireland Compliance Manager in early 2019. Some of Lynn’s responsibilities include complaint resolution and management, mediation and dispute resolution as well as policy and procedure management. In addition, Lynn provides formal training and also manages client relationships and external audits, liaising closely with auditors. She is responsible for compliance matters within the UK and Ireland remit and acts as focal point in Global compliance activities.
Finally, Lynn was the proud winner of a Women in Insurance Award in 2020 and is shortlisted again in 2022.
