Dawn brings with her a wealth of experience having worked with a major Insurer, Direct Line Group for nearly 30 years and also a respected Insurance Broker prior to her career at Direct Line Group. She has been previously responsible for Complaints processes, internal auditing, project management, owning a case load of Commercial Motor Fleet and Motor Trade claims as well as being a technical referral point for the claims department.
Dawn is delighted to have joined McLarens in 2022 as Compliance Coordinator supporting the UK & Ireland Compliance Manager. She will be responsible for the recording of complaints and resolution/escalation as well as assisting in varied compliance matters including external client audits. Dawn will therefore be an integral part of the compliance team bringing with her a good history of expertise and knowledge of commercial claims.
