After completion of her MBA in Finance in 2012, Mugdha started her career as a Process Analyst for a US Mortgage firm. She entered Loss Adjusting field in 2015 by joining Absolute Insurance Surveyors & Loss Assessors, Mumbai. She briefly worked with Universal Sompo General Insurance Company, Mumbai and now she has been associated with McLarens for 3+ years.
Presently, she is responsible for managing all Overseas claims across India. She is responsible for process setting and smooth processing of overseas claims, where several parties are involved. She is point of contact in India for our prestigious global clients and responsible for the day-to-day communication, management, and the rapid resolution of service requests and claims processing for these clients. She has an experience in managing of marine, property and engineering claims.
