Collier began his professional career working in oil and gas for six years in Field Operations, Management, and as a Landman. He excelled in his role, much of which consisted of site planning and construction, as well as contract negotiations. Collier is a licensed adjuster in Oklahoma, Texas, and Kansas. He also studied Construction Management in the College of Construction Engineering and Technology while earning his degree in Agricultural Business at Oklahoma State University.
Since joining McLarens, Collier has handled small to large commercial and residential losses resulting from hailstorms, wind, fires, water damages, and tornadoes. With these claims, he has performed damage assessments, prepared scope and cost evaluations, developed property valuations, included coverage application, negotiated settlements, analyzed business interruption effects, and utilized various claims resolution practices during adjustment processes.
