In 1991 Nikki joined Sedgwick (previously Ellis & Buckle and Cunningham Lindsey) as an office junior from where she progressed to become a secretary providing support to the subsidence engineers and liability adjusters. Her role was further developed when she was appointed office manger with responsibility for the support staff within the office. From this role she progressed to become an executive assistant to a main board director within the subsidence team.
In 2011 Nikki joined the marine team providing support to the head of marine and further colleagues. During her time in this team Nikki took insurance exams following which in 2019 she began handling a portfolio of goods in transit losses in a desktop capacity.
In 2022 Nikki moved to Sedgwick’s commercial property team joining as a development adjuster carrying out visits for many insurers.
Nikki joined McLarens in 2023 and is a member of the London Commercial Property team.
