Kelly began her career in claims at Gallagher Bassett Tamworth as a claims assistant in 2016. Kelly worked on motor and property teams, dealing with the day to day admin.
In April 2019 Kelly became a level 2 claims adjuster for a large motor client. Her role on the team was to review new claims, which included, reviewing available evidence to determine liability.
- Performing necessary vehicle checks.
- Reviewing supporting documents for vehicle damage and hire from our client support services and raising payments for invoices received to settle files.
- Deal with any heads of claim received on file from third party insurers and representatives, which included vehicle damage, credit hire, loss of use and loss of earnings to agree settlement and raise payments.
In 2022 Kelly was promoted to a level 3 adjuster, giving her an increased authority level to deal with higher value motor claims.
Kelly joined McLarens in October 2023.
