Nilasha joined as an Aviation Liability Adjuster within the London team. Previous roles have included working as a paralegal specialising in personal injury and work experience placements at leading international law firms in India.
Nilasha is an Indian qualified lawyer who graduated top of her year at the Swansea University LLM in International Maritime Law. Her specialisation revolves around Aviation insurance, Aviation law and contracts. She has also been awarded with the Institute of International Shipping and Trade Law prize for being the top scorer in marine insurance during her time pursuing LLM from Swansea University.
She currently handles all manner of Aviation related claims including low value injury claims, Airport Liability, aircraft damage, and ground handling claims.
