Ben started his career working at a multinational insurer in their commercial claims team. He was promoted to a team manager role where he was responsible for eight staff. During his time at the insurer, Ben showed interest in the world of loss adjusting, moving to a a large loss adjusting practice in 2015. Ben has since spent six years as a external loss adjuster, moving to deal with Major & Complex Loss in January 2021 dealing with a mix of commercial, domestic and agricultural major losses. Ben joined McLarens in 2024 aims to broaden his experience in the market and is progressing to become a Chartered Loss Adjuster.
