Caroline joined McLarens in November 2023 as Executive Manager for the Commercial Property Team in Scotland. Whilst Caroline is responsible for managing the Commercial Property Team in Scotland, she combines this role with a caseload. Caroline started working in the insurance industry as a school leaver, with McLarens Toplis in 1997. Whilst at McLarens Toplis, Caroline progressed into the roles of Claims Technician before taking up the role as a Trainee Loss Adjuster in 2003, predominantly dealing with Domestic and Property Management claims.
She thereafter spent 15 years working with Cunningham Lindsey before joining Davies Group in 2018. Over the years, Caroline has held several positions including Team Leader, Domestic Adjuster and Commercial Adjuster before moving into Management in 2020. Throughout her years in adjusting, she has dealt with losses arising from many UK Flood and Storm events including the floods in Hull in 2007, Cumbria in 2015 and Storm Arwen in 2021.
Caroline also spent four months in the Caribbean following the devastation caused by Hurricanes Irma and Maria in 2017.
