Richard began working in insurance property claims in 2008, having previously gained experience in motor insurance.
Richard’s first role was in adjuster support in a large, global loss adjusting company. He then moved to a smaller firm and into a field-adjusting role where he started handling domestic claims before taking on complex commercial losses as he built up experience and knowledge.
Richard has worked for several different loss adjusting practices and dealt with numerous losses of differing complexity and value, both domestic and commercial. Richard has also been involved in several UK surges and overseas catastrophe work.
