Zoe is an accomplished Insurance Loss Adjuster with over a decade of experience, beginning her career in 2013 with a global insurer. She gained valuable expertise in managing motor and residential property claims while contributing to catastrophe response teams.
In 2016, Zoe transitioned to a loss adjusting firm, specialising in complex residential claims and playing a key role in operational coordination for various catastrophe response teams across Australia as well as the coaching and on boarding of staff.
