After his studies, Jan Jeroen began his career as an architectural draftsman at Van Hoogevest Architects, where he worked for two years on various architectural projects. In 2007 he transferred to Wonen Centraal as a drafter of multi-year maintenance plans, where he was responsible for the strategic management of real estate.
From 2008 to 2013, Jan Jeroen worked as property manager at Mitros Wonen, where he focused on the management and optimization of property portfolios and was involved in preparing property sales processes.
From 2013 to 2022, Jan Jeroen worked as account manager HOA (Homeowners Association management) at various organizations, including De Rendant, VvE Partner, VBA and vb&t VvE Services. In this role, he was responsible for managing Owners’ Associations and maintaining client relationships.
In 2022, he decided to take a new direction and is currently working as a claims adjuster at McLarens, where he continues to use his expertise in construction and real estate.
