Jonnie has 25 years of experience in the energy industry, where he started his career at NUON. In this role he was responsible for both the supply of energy (gas, electricity and heat) and the management and maintenance of the grids. After the separation of NUON, he transferred to the grid operator Alliander N.V., where he held various positions. There he worked as a legal officer, claims coordinator and specialist.
Before his time at Alliander, Jonnie was active in the transport industry, where he worked as a claims handler with regard to the AVC and CMR regulations and was responsible for notifying damage and maintaining contact with insurers.
