Starting at a small local brokerage, I provided a basic claims service to it’s clients. I then took up employment at Direct Line, processing and servicing home claims, before moving to a role within Direct Line’s fraud department.
I moved to ACE European Group (Chubb) in 2006, as an Accident & Health Claims Handler before moving into my first Casualty role as a Claims Handler. In 2010 I was successful in securing a promoted Senior Casualty Claims Handler role, servicing international clients globally.
In 2017 I took up my first Loss Adjuster role with Crawford & Company, within their Construction & Engineering division, before taking up a Casaulty Adjusting role with Questgates in 2018. Thereafter, I was promoted to a Senior Loss Adjusting position in 2019, where I would be investiating/adjusting a wide range of EL,PL and Products Liability Claims, up to £250k.
I took up another Senior Casualty Loss Adjusting role with Kudos Liability Adjusters in 2023, before taking up my Adjuster role with McLarens.
