After completing his master’s degree in private law at Utrecht University in 2024, Oscar started working at McLarens in the personal injury department based in Utrecht, the Netherlands. Where he will handle all kinds of claims for clients.
Oscar wrote his master’s thesis on employer liability for burnout under Dutch law and is therefore specifically familiar with employer liability. For McLarens, he will also handle cases involving medical liability.
