After earning his Master’s Degree in English Literature at Claremont Graduate University, Garrett began his insurance career in 1998 as a Multiline Adjuster Trainee with GAB Robins in Brea, CA. Four year later, Garrett had earned both the AIC and CPCU designations, and he was managing the NIPC Public Entity Program for GAB Robins in Seattle, WA.
In 2006, Garrett joined Norcross (formerly Washington Oregon Claim Service) as a General Adjuster in the Yakima, WA office. Garrett enjoys handling a multi line assortment of claims, including personal and commercial property, personal injury, general liability, agricultural, product liability, construction defect, and auto appraisals.

- Lead adjuster/ TPA account manager on the Preferred Real Estate Partners, LLC (PREP) nationwide apartment building insurance program from 2018-current.
- Lead adjuster/ TPA account manager on the iMGA Texas Homeowner Insurance program from 2016-current.
