Karen graduated from University of Limerick with a bachelors degree in International Insurance & European Studies in 2019.
She commenced her career in the insurance industry as a Sales Advisor working for an Irish health insurance company in 2019. Karen joined McLarens as a Claims Administrator in 2020. She was promoted to the role of Casualty Loss Adjuster in 2021.
Karen obtained her CIP qualification from the Insurance Institute of Ireland in 2020. She completed the Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters in 2021. In 2023 Karen obtained her MDI qualification and is currently pursuing the ACII.
