Jon is an experienced liability loss adjuster who has worked in the loss adjusting profession for more than 25 years. During this period, he has developed a wide range of investigation and negotiation skills in the handling of all classes of liability claims.
Jon has considerable expertise and ability in dealing with construction liability claims involving EL, PL, Products & RTA accident investigation, and quantum assessment, including rip & tear extension claims for a global manufacturer of liquid waterproofing products, systems, and insulation.
This expertise and ability extends to professional indemnity, predominantly, but not exclusively, in surveying and engineering, public, products and employers’ liability claims, liability risk surveys, and tree root nuisance claims. He has, additionally, gained considerable experience through the handling of personal injury claims within the motor, haulage, railway, and construction industries and is conversant with industry practices and current and ongoing reforms.

- CAR / PL claim for insurers of M & E contractor in respect of widespread damage to residential flats caused by pipework joint failures (GBP 900 K)
- CAR / PL claim for damage to a public highway caused by construction traffic using the road to access a housing development (GBP 500 K)
- CAR / PL claim for insurers of liquid waterproofing manufacturer in respect of the failure of the waterproofing and damage to third party property (GBP 100 K)
- CAR / PL claim for copper tube manufacturers following identification of defects in tube supplied to local authority school (GBP 50 K)
