Ryan started his career in the insurance industry in 2015 with a global independent adjusting firm. He has expertise working on large and complex losses across Canada involving property damage, construction losses and pollution liability.
In 2017, he relocated to Sydney, Australia where he gained further experience in commercial property, strata claims, and high-net worth residential claims.
Ryan has been part of many catastrophic property teams including Fort McMurray wildfires (2016); QLD/NSW, Australia Cyclone Debbie (2017).
In 2024, Ryan joined McLarens as a General Adjuster based in Ottawa, ON.
