Ann Carvalho earns certificate from Harvard’s Office of the Vice Provost for Advances in Learning

We’re pleased to share that our own Ann Carvalho earned a certificate in the Cybersecurity: Managing Risk in the Information Age course from Harvard’s Office of the Vice Provost for Advances in Learning (VPAL), in association with HarvardX.

Ann shared, “It wasn’t an easy class and demanded a lot of time; but an amazing class regarding cybersecurity. One requirement was to complete an entire Response Plan for an assigned client. It included a plan for every management level and all cyber devices based on cyber terrorism. We outlined how executives would be able to communicate when all communication devices have been shut down or held hostage.”

Continuing education opportunities, such as this course, are an investment in both our employees and our clients. As a valued member of our global Crisis Management team, Ann strives to offer helpful insights and strategies for clients. Her credentials further benefit clients through risk management and mitigation needs.

Please join us in congratulating her on this achievement.
