McLarens founded in Scotland as McLaren Dick & Co. Ltd.
1982
Maxson Young founded in Atlanta, USA.
2004
McLarens International Group and Maxson Young merge and become McLarens Young International.
2011
McLarens Young International merges with McLarens Aviation (founded in 1964 and formerly known as Airclaims), the world’s leading provider of surveying and loss adjusting services to the aviation industry.
2011
McLarens Young International buys Norcross (founded in 1979 and formerly known as Washington Oregon Claim Services), a Northwest US-based loss adjusting firm.
2012
McLarens Young International rebrands and renames itself ‘McLarens’ and also has Washington Oregon Claim Services rebranded and renamed ‘Norcross’.
2013
McLarens merges with Agrical, a leading agriculture loss adjusting firm headquartered in the United Kingdom.
2019
Agrical becomes McLarens Agriculture; McLarens acquires American Environmental Group (AEG).
2020
McLarens acquires Lloyd Warwick International (LWI) and Crawford New Zealand (CNZ Group).
2021
McLarens acquires Vanderwal & Joosten (VWJ), a leading construction and engineering, environmental, and liability loss adjusting and technical claims investigation firm in the Netherlands.
2021
McLarens acquires MGB Claims Consultants which provides creative, responsive, and fair claims handling services to local and multinational clients in Canada.
