McLarens, a leading global claims service provider, is pleased to announce the opening of a new full service branch office in Detroit, Michigan – the latest addition in the firm’s continued US and worldwide growth.
The new office will be the responsibility of Marcus A. Reath, Executive General Adjuster. Marcus joined McLarens in the spring of 2011 and previously was based in McLarens’ Chicago office. He has focused on handling commercial property and casualty losses, energy risks and servicing national and global accounts. He is the Designated Account Adjuster, Assisting Adjuster, or Third Party Administrator for numerous property and casualty programs.
Marcus has provided appraisal and litigation support for a number of clients. He has also handled catastrophe claims resulting from natural disasters including the Joplin tornado, Hurricane Irene and Super Storm Sandy. Prior to joining McLarens, Marcus worked as an adjuster for a regional independent adjusting firm based in Kalamazoo Michigan, and for a Fortune 500 domestic insurer.
