We spoke with Anthony Allogia to learn more about his experience with McLarens and what attributed to his recognition in McLarens’ global employee award program, McLarens Platinum Circle.
What has been one of the most interesting or rewarding experiences you have had at McLarens?
I would say the most interesting is to see the company grow. Being part of an organization that continues to be more successful each year in part by the dedication of all the employees is inspiring. The teamwork exhibited by my colleagues across the globe results in commitment and a high-quality service offering to our clients.
My personal contribution to the McLarens growth over the past 10 years has been very rewarding. The most rewarding though, has been to be able to build an amazing team of colleagues, and life-long friends. I look forward to building on this as I join my colleagues in Dubai this year for the McLarens Platinum Circle trip.

What do you like to do outside of work? Do you have a personal passion?
The claims management business never sleeps, but in the free time I have, I enjoy spending time with my wife Amy, our two dogs Kiao and Benny, exercising, and the occasional round of golf.
What advice would you give someone starting out in this field or considering it as a career option?
In this line of work, partner with a solid mentor who really understands all aspects of the business. Slowly learn, and do not take shortcuts. I was taught at a very young age to treat everyone in this business with respect, as you never know where they might end up. I suggest the same to anyone entering into this field.
