As McLarens continues to expand its strategic global presence, we are pleased to formally announce the opening of our Puerto Rico office led by Jorge Diaz, Executive General Adjuster. This new office demonstrates our commitment to delivering enhanced customer service by positioning our team to respond to growing client needs with an established local presence.
Mr. Diaz joined McLarens in Los Angeles in 2011, and most recently served as branch manager of the McLarens operations in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He has spent the last 8+ months in the Caribbean, preparing for and responding to the devastating hurricanes of September 2017. During this time, he has been assisting with emergency response, servicing client needs, and working with a team of over 30 adjusters. Mr. Diaz has over 10 years of adjusting experience and is trilingual in English, Spanish and Portuguese. He will be supported with additional adjuster resources from the McLarens Latin American region, as well as Humberto Torres from the firm’s Miami office.
