John Dunn will be our first speaker at the conference on 2 November in the presentation entitled, “Policy Forms and Coverage and Their Potential Impact on Subrogation Recoveries.”
On 3 November, Fred Perez, is participating as a panelist for the one-hour presentation entitled, “You Can’t Do It Alone – The Effective Use of Experts in Large Property Loss Cases.” On the same day, Geovanna Carrasco will be participating in the presentation entitled, “The Use of Technology in Large Loss Investigations.”
Offering sessions in Environmental, Insurance Fraud, Municipal Law, Property, Subrogation, and Claims/Litigation Management, the conference aims to provide an environment for discussion and learning from experts.
