McLarens Latin America has been in operation over 30 years with offices strategically located throughout the region to respond rapidly to clients’ instructions at any time. This gives clients a unique combination of technical knowledge, attention to detail and understanding of the local markets. Our Latin American operations include over 70 professional claims personnel. We employ bilingual adjusters in all of our locations and have experience and technical expertise in each of our specialities. This includes managing a wide variety of losses such as machinery breakdown, construction & erection all risks, business interruption and specialty financial lines. We can quickly assemble a loss specific team including adjusters, surveyors, engineers, project managers, forensic accountants, forensic scientists and loss mitigation specialists as required. Recent CAT events that we have serviced in Latin America include the 2010 earthquake in Chile and Hurricane Odile in Mexico in 2014. Most recently, we managed claims for the 2017 Caribbean Hurricanes Maria and Irma.
