2006 – 2010 Aretha learned English as major at University, who speaks, reads and writes English well.
Between 2010 – 2011 Aretha worked as HR in Shanghai, China where she learned to follow market changing and found appropriate one on the right position as well as gained experience on enterprise operations.
2011 – 2016 she worked for Crawford China Limited as a surveyor where she gained rich experience on claim handling and done assessment to different kinds of insurance claim include Marine, Liability and Property claims, also trained herself on Customer management & Project management to serviced the major client with no complaint.
Aretha joined McLarens China in 2017 as a Surveyor who qualified by China Insurance Association, where she gained rich experience on claim handling and good at Public Liability cases handling, also settled and managed the Clinical Trial Liability cases with the client and assist the Insured, hospital, patient to make the compromise. Being engaged in the Export Product Liability cases handling, responsible for arrange the foreigner loss adjuster, follow-up, commission, tracking and feedback of litigation cases timely.
