Becky’s industry experience commenced in the Maritime and Cargo Claims segment with various ocean carriers as well as motor carriers, leading to her broad experience as a multi-line claims adjuster with a specialty in Marine and Transportation claims.
Her expertise includes Cargo, Equipment, Property, Auto Liability, Hull & Machinery, General Maritime Liability, and Protection & Indemnity claims. She has over 35 years of experience in the maritime and transportation industry, which includes an extensive 24 years of Risk Management experience.
Becky’s regular responsibilities include cargo surveying (commodities – all kinds), on-scene investigation and control, interpreting marine shipping documents, reviewing insurance policies, loss adjusting / negotiating settlement, subrogation, controlling litigation management and utilization of consultants and experts as well as managing of salvage recovery and sale of salvaged merchandise.
