Having relocated to Scotland from South Africa in 1998, Brent joined Relectronic-Remech as a restoration technician. He was promoted to workshop supervisor in 2000 and following a merger with BELFOR in 2001, he was promoted to Senior Supervisor. Responsibilities included managing restoration projects through the technical restoration center.
In 2002 He was appointed Branch Manager where his responsibilities included developing new business, financial management of the region and managing all aspects of all major & complex loss claim across Scotland.
In July 2010 he took on a national role as Major & Complex Loss Project Manager. Whilst still maintaining his responsibilities for the Scottish region, the new role meant building on his regional experience of site project management by taking on larger, more complex claims throughout the UK and Northern Ireland.
Over the years with BELFOR, he played an active role in developing new products for the business offering and gained a wide area of expertise in the DR industry.
In July 2024, after 25 yeas with BELFOR Brent decided to seek a new challenge and joined McLarens as Senior Mitigation Specialist.
