Bertrand began his career as a business engineer for SAFT BATTERIES (space and defence division), where he was involved to development of the small satellite department for SAFT Singapore.
Before becoming a loss adjuster, he worked for a consulting office (Abay Conseil) where he was involved with the development of business plans and to help penetrating new markets. He conducted accounting restructuring plans, and he managed a team of four people.
In 2009, Bertrand joined ALKERA. as loss adjuster and worked with loss in the industrial and tertiary sectors.
In 2016, Bertrand obtained the CEA certification and became the manager of the La Rochelle office who counts twelve adjusters and five assistants.
In 2023, Bertrand obtained the CEA specialized certification in finance and stockpile.
For the past 10 years, Bertrand has specialized in major industrial claims, focusing on business interruption and stockpile.
Bertrand is bilingual French and English. His mother tongue is French, and he is also fluent in English (Written and spoken).
