Bradley began his adjusting career in 1988, working in Chicago as an outside property adjuster for Dallas based Republic Insurance Company. He then moved on to Crawford & Company, Chicago where he moved up to a Senior level adjuster within a few years of service. In 1993, Bradley was picked to work within Crawford’s international subsidiary Graham Miller International where he accepted a transfer bringing him to Ft. Lauderdale, FL in 1993. In 1994, he spent several months in California working large fine art claims in the aftermath of the Northridge earthquake.
Once established in South Florida he worked for Quantum International Group, Crawford & Company, Maxson/McLarens Young where he focused his expertise on Jewelers Block, Fine Art, and Commercial Property claims.
In 2004, Bradley started his own Adjusting company where he served as President until 2020 when he rejoined McLarens as an Executive General Adjuster within the FAJ & Specie Division in their Miami office.
