Chloe began her career in the claims industry in 2007 with Direct Line as a customer service advisor in the Home Claims department, specialising in Escape of Water claims.
Chloe then joined Gallagher Bassett in 2009 as an administration assistant for the Leeds office. In 2011, Chloe was promoted to Claims Assistant and joined a motor team to assist with their daily tasks and to handle low value motor claims. Once she had a solid foundation of claims handling Chloe was promoted to Claims Adjuster and worked on many different accounts including local authority, motor, travel sickness and personal injury.
Chloe moved to Excalon, an infrastructure company, in 2019, working as an Administrator and Customer Liaison. She handled project set up and file maintenance, customer queries and metrics reporting.
Chloe joined McLarens in March 2023 as a Claims Assistant.
