Prior to commencing a career in Loss Adjusting, I have 25 years executive management experience with Fast Moving Consumer Goods manufacturers managing businesses such as Inghams, Dairy Farmers, Fonterra Brands and Nestle in State and National management roles. I also have many years of experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry, particularly the Pharmacy Wholesale supply and Retail space.
Through these roles I have gained significant experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain logistics and retail operations, and am able to clearly and confidently engage with key organisational decision makers across a range of Industries. My experience allows me to apply specialised knowledge and expertise to a wide variety of claims, effectively and efficiently delivering beneficial outcomes to Insurers while ensuring that the Insurance claim process for the Insured is seamless.
I commenced my Loss Adjusting career in 2021 and during that time have gained significant experience in CAT event claim management (Domestic and Commercial/ISR/Property) in relation to events such as Brisbane 2022 Floods, Melbourne 2022 Floods, New Zealand Cyclone ( 4 secondments), Cairns Cyclone 2023, Brisbane and Gold Coast Storms 2023/24.
I have University Qualifications in B.Arts, Graduate Diploma (Marketing), MBA (Finance) and the Diploma of Loss Adjusting (ANZIIF).
