Deborah joined McLarens in May 2015. After graduating from Queens University Belfast, Deborah commenced a career in banking before entering the in Loss Adjusting profession with a traineeship with TopMark in 2011. Deborah quickly developed a clear aptitude for casualty adjusting and sought to specialise in this discipline. Her experience extends to PL and EL claims in the retail, manufacturing, and agriculture sectors across both the Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland jurisdictions.
